The end of a clear sunny day in Norfolk, with a smudge of trees dividing the dying light from the darkness. A scene in a country at peace, while about 1000 miles east of here the same sun set, no doubt silhouetting another row of trees, no doubt marking the end of another clear day, but setting not on peace but on the horror of an unexpected, unprovoked, stupid and brutal war that has erupted out of the mind of a deranged man who appears to control the fate of one of the most powerful countries in the world and, if his antics of today are anything to go by, the fate of the world itself. #standwithukraine
