Mullein Caterpillar

Mullein Caterpillar
by Rebekah Wall from NORWICH GB on 17 Jun 2019

Whilst doing volunteering with the Norwich Fringe Project at Whitlingham Marsh, a few of these large Mullein plants were scattered around and with a close up look, lots of tiny caterpillars could be seen. A bit of research was done to identify the plant which resulted in what that specific caterpillar was called which was named the same as the plant. So once grown from the larvae stage, it will develop into a Mullein Moth.
