An attempt to image some of the Gulls that visit my garden, in flight, and now realise how difficult it can be without the right camera, lenses Etc.:- Still it has made me more appreciative of those like Dave, Tabs, Brian, Anne and many other I/witness contributors , whose images I have admired for some time.

You have done well here Dudley, I agree with Tabs, plenty of practice and its surprising how you can get some super shots. If you put a few pieces of bread in your garden when the gulls are about, sometimes they tend to hover before coming down giving you a good opportunity to practise. Try keeping the shutter speed as fast as possible by raising the ISO a bit and lowering the F number.
Kind regards Brian

Dudley we all have to start somewhere, and here you have made a good start, all thats required is practice & patience .Most modern digital cameras can catch moving subjects without difficulty, just keep practising
