Dog attacked in Norwich

Two years ago I and my wife campaigned and got over two hundred signatures to ask Norwich City Council to pass a law for all dogs to be pt on leads as my nieghbour lost her dog to a attack , nearly two years ago this month . Now she has had her other dog Jazz attacked this evening . here is a photo

I'm so sorry to hear that about the dogs..Keep on to the Council and the Police..
Hopefully someone of authority will see your pic, and advise you, try writing to your local MP

When I moved onto this estate 9 years ago ,it was a lovely place to live ,Now I am ashamed to live here , why you may ask . Well we have no Police presence we have Piss heads Drug dealers motorbikes riding on public footpaths dogs are getting attacked and killed. cats are being killed and going missing , A petition was handed in to the Council 2 years ago and still it goes on . My lovely Neighbor lives in fear of going out after losing her dog 3 years ago and yesterday had her other dog attacked' When is this going to be sorted out. to be honest I want to see all my things and move into a tent rather than live here anymore !
