This evening my wife cooked some baked potatoes and when she pricked one of them after baking, it exploded. We were quite amazed. 'It could have been quite nasty' said my wife, Angela, 'a big piece of hot potato landing on someone's face. I just pricked them and all this potato burst out.' The potatoes were from Tesco. The second photo shows us eating the meal. We now know why you're supposed to prick the potatoes before you put them in the oven, not after!
